1. Trial Lessons
A customer may request a full refund for their first paid trial lesson when the trial lesson has been completed and the request is submitted within 24 hours after the lesson ends.
The request should explain why the lesson did not meet reasonable expectations. This trial refund guarantee is limited to one trial lesson per customer, household, or payment account.
A trial lesson is not eligible for a refund when the customer misses the lesson, cancels too late, arrives too late for the lesson to be reasonably completed, or cannot participate because of a problem with the customer’s internet connection, device, software, power supply, or local environment.
Once the 24-hour request period has passed, the completed trial lesson becomes non-refundable.

02. One-on-One Lesson Packages
Customers may purchase packages of 2, 5, or 10 live one-on-one lessons with a selected teacher.
Purchased lessons are assigned to the teacher selected at checkout. They cannot normally be transferred, exchanged, shared, or used with another teacher.
Unused purchased lessons may be eligible for a monetary refund when the request is submitted within 90-days of the original purchase date. After 90-days, the lessons remain available for future booking but are no longer eligible for a monetary refund.
Purchased lessons do not expire solely because the 90-day refund period has ended.
For a partially used package, the refundable amount is calculated using the effective per-lesson price actually paid for that order:
Refundable amount = Amount paid − Value of lessons already used or charged
Lessons are treated as used when they have been completed, started, missed, or cancelled too late under the applicable cancellation policy.
Coupons, promotional discounts, and other order-level discounts are included when calculating the effective per-lesson price. The total refund will never exceed the amount originally paid.
Free lessons, promotional lessons, bonus lessons, coupons, referral benefits, and other benefits not directly paid for by the customer have no cash value and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
If the selected teacher becomes permanently unavailable, MangoABC may offer one of the following solutions:
* transfer the affected unused lessons to another eligible teacher accepted by the customer; or
* refund the affected unused lessons.

03. Cancellation & Rescheduling
More Than 48 Hours Before the Lesson
A lesson cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before its scheduled start time will not be charged.
If the lesson had already been deducted from the customer’s lesson balance, one lesson will be returned to the balance for the same teacher.
This is a lesson-balance return and is not a monetary refund.
Less Than 48 Hours Before the Lesson
Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged in full.
The deducted lesson will not normally be returned, and the lesson is not eligible for a monetary refund.
Missed Lessons and No-Shows
A lesson is treated as used if the customer:
* does not attend;
* arrives too late for the lesson to be reasonably completed; or
* cannot participate because of a customer-side technical or connectivity problem.
A lesson cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before its scheduled start time will not be charged.
If the lesson had already been deducted from the customer’s lesson balance, one lesson will be returned to the balance for the same teacher.

04. Technical Problems and Service Failures
If a lesson cannot be completed because of a verified technical failure caused by MangoABC or the teacher, MangoABC may provide a replacement lesson, return one lesson to the customer’s balance, or issue a monetary refund for the affected lesson when appropriate.
MangoABC is not responsible for failures caused by the customer’s internet connection, device, browser, software, power supply, local restrictions, or other customer-controlled conditions.

05. Refund Requests and Processing

* customer name;
* MangoABC account email;
* order number;
* teacher name;
* number of unused lessons;
* reason for the request; and
* any relevant supporting information.
MangoABC may review the order, lesson ledger, booking history, attendance records, cancellation timing, and payment records before making a decision.
Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider.
Non-refundable payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, cross-border transaction fees, or other documented third-party costs directly associated with the original payment or refund may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted.
MangoABC does not charge an additional administrative refund fee beyond documented third-party costs.
MangoABC may deny or limit a refund request involving suspected fraud, duplicate claims, chargeback abuse, account sharing, falsified information, or other misuse.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
